amazing grand canal stay
direct access helpful assistance
The location provides direct access to water transportation. st mark's square is just a short walk away. the on-site restaurant overlooks the canal, i had a great time there. The views were nice. the staff consistently provided helpful assistance.
The room temperature, i felt, was not fully controllable. The settings seemed restricted. adjusting it on the wall mounted controller didn't offer the range i expected. that's one aspect i hope they improve.

The room included quality bed linen and comfy beds. It also had beautiful decoration. rooms feature terraces, giving you places for relaxation. i appreciated these well-appointed spaces. They enhanced my stay.

The staff was professional and always helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. i saw staff members assist with bags directly from water taxis. such attentive service really made a difference.

The breakfast selection offered variety, with a perfect location on the grand canal. having breakfast on the terrace was lovely. I enjoyed the view. the food was very tasty. It was a great start to each day.

The hotel has direct access to the grand canal. it is next to a vaporetto stop. Gondola rides are available just outside the hotel. this easy access to transportation was convenient. It really simplified getting around.

great view attentive staff smooth service really good breakfast
The hotel is directly on the grand canal. This location is superb. my room had a fantastic view, a real treat to wake up to each morning. the staff was very attentive, and breakfast on the patio was an absolute highlight. i found everything to be seamless and smooth.
The in-room temperature control had limited adjustment. I couldn't adjust it beyond a certain range.

fantastic grand canal getaway!
prime location private dock
the location is seriously prime, right on the grand canal near san marco. i loved the private dock because our water taxi dropped us off right at the restaurant. inside, the room was clean and spacious and it had a balcony. easy vaporetto access made getting around easy. the front desk personnel were friendly and even gave us timely communications via email before we arrived.

The concierge service was seriously on point. They helped with luggage right away upon arrival. the reception staff were relaxed, friendly, and ready to assist with any questions i had. i really appreciated their help.

the buffet breakfast had so much variety! complimentary self-serve mimosas? yes, please! the hotel restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect, because i wanted to enjoy canal views while i ate my meal.
